What’s it like?

Dream Net Software is focused on the software and ERP Applications in many business domains; therefore it needs technical specialists, mostly in .NET platforms, with exposure in application areas like, knowledge management, HR, ERP, Electronic media and education.  The company has modern  infrastructure with high quality hardware, software and internet connectivity to support our team.

The software engineers and consultants working with the company enjoy an exciting and creative working environment that encourages personal initiative and skill development. For instance, we are a very open team where everyone can contribute ideas (even directly approach the CEO) for all within the team (from the most junior to senior team member). We appreciate team members that are passionate and can provide not just great output but also can think outside of the traditional box to solve problems.

No one works within narrowly defined or rigid boundaries in the company; all staff is encouraged to broaden their understanding of all aspects of the problem, i.e. the technical and user areas, while remaining engaged in the areas of their interest and expertise.
